If you discover a defect and notify SKINNITY during the warranty period, SKINNITY will, at its discretion, replace the device free** of charge. Claims underwarranty must be supported by reasonable evidence that the date of the claim is within the warranty period. To validate your warranty, please keep your original purchase receipt together with these warranty conditions for the duration of the warranty period. Replacement products claimed under warranty are not entitled to renewed 1-year warranty coverage. In the situation that your product has been discontinued, you may be issued with a replacement product of the same model, but a different color / design.
All cost of shipping and handling costs will be the Claimant responsibility.

We at SKINNITY have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, wrap and in its original packaging.
Please note that a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

How to claim your money back:
1. To be eligible to claim a refund, individuals must have purchased SKINNITY - The Cullinan in Handset from a retailer store or online store.
2. On the day your parcel is delivered, email a customer care representative at Hey@Skinnity.com a blank email with the subject header "90 Day Money-Back Guarantee".
3. Trial our Handset for at least 70 Days from date of purchase, but for no more than 90 days.
3. If you are not completely satisfied by the performance of our Handset, email a customer care representative via the same email chain sharing your review and money-back request.
4. Once approved, return the Handset (in its original packaging) via a trackable mail service 100 days from date of purchase to the address provided by our customer care representative.
5. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible claims will be deemed invalid.
6. Real postage costs for the sending and return of our Handset are the full responsibility of the claimant and will not be refunded.
7. Once returned, our Handset's purchase price will be refunded to you.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
